Services

CrediEnsure provides web design, software and web application development, e-commerce solutions, and search (SEO/SEM) services. The scope, schedule, and fees for any project are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal signed by both parties.

Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. Descriptions of services are illustrative and may change without notice.

Use of this website

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, gain unauthorized access to, or misuse the site or its underlying systems.

Engagements and payment

Project engagements are governed by the applicable signed agreement, which controls over these terms in the event of a conflict. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.

Work delivered remains subject to the payment terms of the applicable agreement.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables created for a client project transfers to the client as described in the applicable agreement. CrediEnsure retains the right to reuse general techniques, tools, and know-how developed during a project.

CrediEnsure may reference completed work in its portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CrediEnsure is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

Liability for services is limited as set out in the applicable signed agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
